By accessing or using BlyAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Content Ownership and Commercial Rights
You retain all ownership rights to any audio, video, and text media you upload to BlyAI. Any output generated through our AI models (voiceovers, denoised tracks, dynamic subtitles, and edited clips) is owned by you and may be used for personal or commercial purposes without royalty obligations to BlyAI.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use BlyAI to generate deceptive impersonations, defamatory content, non-consensual voice deepfakes, or any media that violates applicable local and international laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in malicious synthetic media generation.
4. Service Availability & Limits
We strive for 99.9% service uptime. However, processing times may occasionally vary based on network load and media file sizes. BlyAI provides its service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
